Early Help Assessment Training (EHA)
This training is facilitated by Harriet Jones of the Northamptonshire Children’s Trust
The Early Help Assessment training workshop is appropriate for Northamptonshire staff that are involved in Early Help Assessments (EHAs), whether that be as the Lead Professional or a member of the Team Around the Family meetings. If your role is a Designated Safeguarding Lead, SENCO, Family Support Worker, or if you work in the Pastoral Team this workshop is for you. The session will be suitable for new members of staff joining your team as well as for anyone who has previous experience of working with EHAs, but would like a refresher. Or if you just want to learn more about the process in general.
We will cover:
- What is an Early Help Assessment and why would I use one?
- How to complete the new Early Help Assessment?
- What does a good Early Help Assessment look like?
- Who can be 'lead' on an Early Help Assessment
- How to create a support plan for families and children
- How we can help you
- What services are available for you to access
