Girls on Board is an approach to empower girls in school to understand the complexities and dynamics of girl friendships.
Delegates will explore how girls and boys can be different in the way they make social connections and gain an understanding of the specific strengths and challenges facing girls in navigating the dynamics that govern their friendships. Delegates will learn how to use guided reflection to evoke empathy in girls, which empowers them to find harmony in their relationships for themselves.
