Introduction

School to School Support is a collaborative approach to developing any school. The starting point would be gaining an insight into the strategies a school is currently using. Any support starts with an analysis of school data and documentation. After the review a plan of action is agreed and support is put in place. This approach enables school leaders to observe first-hand how a school’s provision is evaluated and play a part in the development of all plans.

Our team of National Leaders of Education (NLEs), Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) and National Leaders of Governance (NLGs) work to improve standards across a range of different school contexts.

Providing bespoke support packages for schools, departments or individuals, our team works closely with schools to address priority areas and raise standards. We also support schools to identify appropriate strategies and interventions, sharing our expertise to offer a professional and sensitively delivered programme of support.
