This programme consists of six sessions focused on leading teaching and learning with a series of post session challenges, completed over a term. A key component of the OTP Plus is that participants will also be working with colleagues back in their school to utilize their professional learning from the programme to support the development of others.

Full attendance at this programme will enable you to develop and lead a learning focused team / organization; coach colleagues and teams to improve practice; model innovative practice across the school or trust; and engage in facilitating research driven CPD.
