On Thursday 27th November, as part of our PSHE unit 'Being a Safe Driver', our Yr12 students were visited by Northamptonshire Police to explore various aspects of driver safety. This included what to do if emergency vehicles are approaching; how to check vehicles for roadworthiness; consequences for poor driving and looking at the effect of alcohol on reaction times.
We are very lucky to have the support from our local police force for this and thank them for giving up their time for our students.
