Thank you for your interest in working at Sponne School. At Sponne, we strive to provide an engaging and reflective school culture based upon five key values and skills; achievement, leadership, collaboration, learning and social responsibility. Each of these contribute to our ethos of ‘Dream, Believe, Achieve’.
We are grateful to have excellent Faculty Learning Leaders and Progress Learning Leaders who provide outstanding professional support for staff throughout the school. All new staff are made very welcome and given every assistance to settle in at this exciting and vibrant school. Through Tove Learning Trust and SWAN Teaching School Alliance all staff have access to local curriculum networks and a wide range of opportunities for continued professional development at all levels. Many of our staff are involved in the delivery of courses such as the ITP, OTP and NPQSL. There is considerable collaboration with other local secondary schools through the teaching school, both in terms of School to School support and through the Grand Union Training Partnership, a well-established and respected ITT provider.
Sponne School exists for its students. We believe our task is to develop the full potential of all our students both inside and outside the classroom. We have a vibrant learning environment that challenges all our students to make good progress and a range of networks within the school to identify needs and personalise the learning experience we offer.
We look forward to receiving your application.
