The Mail Order supply solution gives parents the ability to order Uniform and PE Kit 24 hours a day via online the SWI ordering system. Orders can be placed either online, by phone or post.
Ordering Forms and Guidelines
When you place a uniform order, you have the option to have it delivered to home or to school. Orders placed by Monday are normally delivered to school by the following Wednesday. Students can collect from Student services at lunchtime.

Uniform
Item | Description |

Blazer * | All students must wear blazers with the school logo sewn onto the left hand pocket. No hoodies are allowed. |
Jumper | Students may wear a plain black jumper under their blazers. The jumper should not be worn instead of the blazer. No logos are allowed. |
Trousers |
Students MUST have tailored trousers (e.g. not skin tight/skinny, jean or legging style). |
Skirt - Optional | The only skirt permitted is a black knee length pleated skirt – this must have a zip. Lycra, mini or tight skirts are not permitted. Skirts should only be worn with black/flesh colour tights or socks. |
Shirt | Shirts should be plain white and tucked in. If you wish to wear a white "T" shirt underneath you can but this should not be visible. Top buttons must be done up. Blouses are not permitted. |
School Tie * | Top button to waist in length. A clip on or standard tie is available to purchase from the School Shop. |
Shoes | Shoes must be plain black and flat. No logos/branding, trainers, or canvas shoes/pumps (i.e. Converse, Vans or other similar types). Boots are not allowed. |

Make Up | Only subtle/natural looking make-up is allowed. This means having a ‘natural’ look (e.g. no heavy foundations, black eyeliner, dark eye-shadows, bright lipsticks or blusher). Natural and nude nail varnish is permitted. Long acrylic nails or bright varnish is not permitted. Excessively long eyelashes are not suitable for school. |
Hair | Hair should be one tone and be a natural looking colour (e.g. brown, black, blonde and natural shades of red). No streaks or block colours permitted. “Artwork” on the scalp or eyebrows is regarded as a fashion extreme and is therefore not permitted. |
Coat | Outdoor coat (not denim, corduroy, leather or suede). No sportswear or hoodies are permitted. Hoodies and tracksuit tops are not outdoor coats; they must also not be worn under blazers. Outdoor coats should be removed inside. |
Apron | Apron Scheme (five year inclusive), £7.00 for use in Art, Food and Design Technology. Aprons are provided in all the above areas for students to wear throughout their school career. Students not taking advantage of this scheme must provide two clean aprons for their own use. |
PE Kit
- Polo shirt with Sponne badge (compulsory) - SWI *
- Outdoor training top with Sponne PE badge (compulsory > Year 7) - Sportec *
- Black crew neck jumper with Sponne PE badge (optional) - SWI *
- Black shorts or black skort. If students wish to wear Nike Pro shorts they must be 7 inch length.
- Long black football socks
- Trainer socks
- Trainers (Converse are not allowed)
- Football boots (with safety studs)
- Shin Pads (compulsory for football & hockey)
- Mouth guard (optional recommended for rugby & hockey)
- Black leggings or joggers
- Base layer – black
- Hair band (required for long hair)
