Sponne Equestrian team attended the National Schools Equestrian Championships at Hickstead over May half term. 8 students competed across 3 disciplines over 4 days. The teams had an incredible weekend and were placed in the top 10 in dressage and showjumping in huge classes with hundreds of schools competing. We are very proud of the hard work that went into these successes, especially to the parents braving the M25 journey, and the 5.30am starts each day. Massive congratulations to Indie, Tilly. Olivia , Annabelle, Annabelle, Alice, Emily and Grace.

On Friday 23rd May we had Y7 and Y8 boys football teams, representing the school in a 'Play on the Pitch' event, hosted by NTFC on the Sixfields pitch - a fantastic opportunity for them, and glorious weather for it too!

On Wednesday 21st May our Y9 & Y10 Sports Leaders went to Daventry Athletics club to lead a KS1 & KS2 athletics festival for the South Northants & Daventry Primary Schools. A brilliant day, organised by Dave Hanson. We are proud of our leaders for doing such a great job and making it such a fun day for all the staff & children!
